Also, especially if you are ordering books or CDs, remember that your local independent stores are likely to be able to order anything that you want if they don't already have it in stock; and chances are, their customer service will be a lot better. They're somebody that needed a job, and they took this one. He, too, was having a problem and couldn't find the number, so when he finally got it he provided it publicly for people like me. I think it's completely lame for a company to pull this kind of crap -- hiding their phone number to avoid calls -- especially one that won't quit talking about what a high level of customer service they offer.
